I am a black 61 years old Grandma who loves to workout and eat. For the most part I workout at least 3 to 4 days a week. I don't go out a lot. My weight gain is mainly from my oversized portion control.
I am single and loves it. Three grown boys and 4 grandkids. Enough to keep me busy.
I used to teach lots of fitness classed and visit homes to coach private clienteles physical movements. Getting older I've cut back on the group classes and only offer Personal Training to individuals at their homes.
