Well not to surprised by the weight gain. Oh I am so mad at myself! I did real good for a week straight, then it is like i just loose control......I just need to get it together. i just don't understand why it is so hard for me to get back to the points system..........I have never stoped working out, although it is hard to step it up when you are down in the dumps and very disapointed in yourself. :0(
160.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It isn't always easy to get started. I know how you feel. I've been there many times. But this is a big change on so many levels. You are doing the right things by incorporating exercise and following a sensible eating plan. Just keep at it. Start each day fresh. Applaud your successes. If you fail, look at it, learn from it, and let it go. Tomorrow is a new day. Stay positive!

Agree w/Evelyn. Take it a day at a time. This is about your overall health instead just losing weight. So don't put so much emphasis on the numbers but continue doing the things that will make you healthy like exercising & eating right and you'll see some good results later on. Sometimes we gotta get the inside of our body together first before we see outside results such as losing weight/inches. So like Evelyn said, "applaud your success" and let that be your motivation to stay positive and move forward.
