I am allowed 1900 calories a day but I can't seem to eat 1100. I eat the best foods and am more than full and have increased activity, too. I feel great.
Today I consumed 1039.5 calories, 956.5mg sodium, 92.9g carbs, 53.16g of protein. I added in 2 tbls of olive oil to the foods for extra fat and included in protein are walnuts I dice for morning oatmeal. I'm well under fats as well but I don't do a total watchful eye. I will need to find a way to add fats.

My trick with meat is, cut the thickness in half which makes it faster to cook. To do it, I get the breast as it comes, wrap it and stick it in the freezer for an hour or two, take it out and cut it in half (thickness wise).

161.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
