I jumped for joy when I went in to take blood pressure. It's back down to my younger days. 109/63. My pulse was 46 and my arterial pressure was 78. They do graphs from all the time we measure, including with our body weight to weight goal ration and our bmi.
So, I woke, drank 7 oz water, ate 1/2 banana and drank 16 oz more water. Shopped for things to make dinner for family. Let's see if they receive the stew I'll make tonight. I am eating my oatmeal which I call Chelle's Oatmeal. I've already done some mild exercises with strengthening and stretching. My goals: eat less than 1900 calories, less than 2300 mg sodium, less than 130g carbs and to eat at least 46g of protein. Before I begin algebra, preparing stew for tonight and cleaning, I think I'll give a look at fat/cholesterol grams in the nutritional guide to just observe.
