snacks have been killing me this week. I get home from work and I'm starving, so I snack myself to death. I need to focus on better choices.
190.8 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Planning is the key. You know your starving, so make a plan to have a certain snack ready for when you get home from work whether it be an apple and cheese stick or veggies and hummus, a yogurt, etc.
