Day 2: yesterday afternoon I was painfully starving at around 4:30. But I have no snacks or energy drinks or suppressants yet while am trying the shakes to make sure I can do this For a couple of days! I ate 3 chicken sausages for dinner and had 3 bottle waters. I am sure I need more than that! Need a better plan for evening!
