1308 kcal Fat: 66.64g | Prot: 111.72g | Carb: 138.18g.   Breakfast: Orgain Organic Protein plant based Protein shake Smooth Chocolate, Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. Lunch: Wendy's Marzetti simply dressed vinaigrette & Light, Chicken Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken Fillet. Dinner: Kraft Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, chopped romain lettus,  chicken breast boneless, white pita,  Kirkland Signature Walnuts, dried cranberries, red onion, feta cheese, tomato. Snacks/Other: Health Wise Chocolate Coconut Protein Bar, Carrots, Apples. more...
