I ran out of Shake Mix late last week because for part of the month my kid and a half were sharing it with me. No worries though, I get a new shipment early next week. In the absence of Vi shakes though, I've just been trying to eat healthy and not in excess, and I've dropped the five pounds from last week - which I am hoping was just water retention weight or something.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
