Question, that graph that keeps track of our weight over time, used to have a red line, now I have an orange one. What does that mean? I know my bmi goes from obese to overweight around 177 pounds so it can't be that. Thanks for any help!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I read someone else's post that said it it's by a quarter to your weight loss goal. The first quarter changes to orange second is yellow green then blue when you met your goal. Seems to be true.

Yes at 191 you were a quarter of the way to your goal. At 170.5 you should be yellow.

It means you are making progress and getting to another level. I`m always over the moon when I see colour change, going up and not down of course ;-)

The colors are exciting for me too. I also started counting my weight in 10ths of a pound. That way I record a loss most days and that gives me incentive that I'm making progress. I think because I'm continuing to fight with my diabetes that I'm not losing as quickly on keto as some other people are. I have lost 24 pounds or something in 3 months
