164.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sure that has to be discouraging, it could be you ate something really salty last night. I weighed last week on my regular day and only lost 1 and 1/2 and was discouraged but weighed the very next day and was 3 pounds lighter. I remembered I had a very salty meal the night before. I would just try again tomorrow. :)

I have just a cheap digital scale and it started weighing me heavier and lighter by like 4 and 5 pounds a day, so I knew something was up. I changed the battery and now it works fine. Maybe it's just your scale. Either way, just keep going and I'm sure those 4 lbs. will be gone in no time.

Do you weigh your self the same time each time you weigh? Because you will be a few pounds heavier at night than in the morning when you first get up.
