Three day trip to Chicago didn’t hurt me on the scales! Lots of walking around downtown and great Chicago food with my Daughter Diane and Grandson Austyn. Pouring down rain didn’t dampen our spirits any! We had so much fun, ate wonderful food and still the scale is friendly, woohoo!
277.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
