I look like I am losing weight but the scale refuses to move. On the plus side my fasting blood sugar has dropped from 125 to 85. and my cholesterol has dropped to within normal limits (I don't remember the numbers). I am giving this diet 2 weeks, if it doesn't yield results I am going to do the water fast.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you doing Keto? It can take up to 4 weeks to see any progress for some people. And sometimes the scale doesn't move but the inches do! Give it a bit more than 2 weeks and see how your clothes are fitting and how you are feeling! Good luck!

Yes I want to wear a smaller size but more importantly I want to weigh less. I gained 50 lbs while going through menopause and i want all this fat meat gone.
