One day a week off with the hubby. Sunday is always a lazy day. We usually get some takeout and then relax watching TV & movies all day. Not going to be great for losing any weight but my heart and mind get a recharge and that is always good for ya :)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
