It happens. I took a week "off" and gained 3.6 pounds. But I got back to it and lost 3 of those pounds in just a few days. It set me back about 2 weeks, but if I can get back, so can you! Believe me, I almost caved in at the grocery store but managed to get out of there without any ice cream, chips, doughnuts, French bread, etc. I was craving it all! I just take advantage of the support here - reading all the journal entries is very motivating. Good luck and don't give up.
