Annemieke55 glad you have your incentive back. It's hard to stay focussed without incentive which is why I kept smaller goals and stuck to them throughout my journey. Im out again for my bday today and on the weekend. In between I have good food and watch portion sizes but not weighing food all the time. No need to as I know portion sizes and food effects on MY body. Food no longer controls me, I control it. I eat to live. I never understood that saying until I changed my way of eating. Now I do. 😊
