Starting day 3 of Keto with jump start of only Keto coffee and ground meats with lots of butter melted on it. Not hungry at all and dropped 3.5 lbs the first two days! 🙏🏻

Keto diets vary but a good start is to plan your eating so that fat = protein + net carbs
Right now, I keep my carbs below 20 gr/day because I am working on weight loss; over time I expect to add in more carbs.
