BP: 127/77 BMI: 30 (Moderately Obese)

Doing better with the diet and activity has increased. Weight remains unchanged but I imagine in a few days it will begin to decrease. My best friend is in town from Colorado so I'm taking a day off work to go run myself ragged on a mountain bike and try to show him up.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
