stuffed myself last night- did do an hour of cardio - not super intense though. but pidgged otu before bed - healthy - but tooo much quantitiy!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 32.2 lb a week

pigged out last night. tonight will do at leat 1.5 at gym... and 2 walked for bronco (15 each minutes at work)still have activity points left. Hope this is bloat.
