Back in the right direction! Still need to resist eating bad foods, but I see some improvement.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2683 kcal Fat: 115.90g | Prot: 138.92g | Carb: 268.11g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter, Rotisserie Chicken, Italian Bread, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Double Cheeseburger, Steamfresh Chicken Flavored Rice, Classic Crispy Battered Fish Fillets. Snacks/Other: Hot Caramel Sundae, Fiber One Chewy Bars, Coffee. more...
