Well, with the endoscopy this week my eating habits were all buggered anyway. I consider this a successful week because no gain. Back on track again.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2517 kcal Fat: 111.07g | Prot: 136.22g | Carb: 247.82g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Mayonnaise, Honey Deli Ham, All Natural Honey BBQ Flavored Crisp Potato Chips (Family Size), Ciabattini Rolls, 2% Reduced Fat Deluxe American Cheese, Deli Thin Sliced Turkey. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Honey Deli Ham. Snacks/Other: Coffee, Banana, Chocolate Syrup, Gala Apples, Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, Fiber One Chewy Bars, Beef Jerky. more...
