Well, with the endoscopy this week my eating habits were all buggered anyway. I consider this a successful week because no gain. Back on track again.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2517 kcal Fat: 111.07g | Prot: 136.22g | Carb: 247.82g.   Breakfast: Pork Loin (Tenderloin), biscuit, scrambled egg. Lunch: Mayonnaise, 2% Reduced Fat Deluxe American Cheese, Ciabattini Rolls, All Natural Honey BBQ Flavored Crisp Potato Chips (Family Size), Honey Deli Ham, Deli Thin Sliced Turkey. Dinner: Honey Deli Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg. Snacks/Other: Fiber One Chewy Bars, Beef Jerky, Gala Apples, Coffee, Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup, Banana. more...
