Been cooking 99% of the time living myself eat as much as I'm gone completely plant-based primarily vegetables turned into an ethnic the sea no desserts just once or twice a week
109.6 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 109.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Hi Glen an example would be on a mexican food night I stir fry (no oil) zuchinni, mushroom, caulifour rice with seasonings found in traditional mexican dishes - cumin chili powder etc and top with guacamole or a vegan cheese ie-heidi ho spicy cashew cheese spread and have that with a side salad
