day 2 and i made a bit of a boo boo.. totally not realizing that the caesar dressing i had in the house was lite when i usually have the regular one which has 1 gram of sugar instead of 3 grams of sugar.. but other then that still on track.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week

all in all, you are still pretty good! I made that mistake too a few weeks ago when I accidentally picked up light mayo at the grocery store.. it has carbs! I went back and bought the regular though, lol

Well, it could be worse, good thing you noticed. We have to pay SO much attention these days to carb content. Those sneaky little carbs just get into everything! LOL.
