1772 kcal Fat: 42.18g | Prot: 106.51g | Carb: 271.96g.   Breakfast: Sweet baby rays bbq sauce, Banana, Vanilla soy milk, Creamy Peanut Butter, Strawberries. Lunch: No sugar added chocolate breakfast essentials drink, Hint of salt wheat thins, Light mayo, Low sodium tuna. Dinner: Shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Break-free egg whites, Corn on the cob, Splenda, Boneless and skinless chicken breast, Plain baked sweet potato, 35 light white bread. Snacks/Other: Lentil and brown rice casserole, Chocolate chip fiber bar, Cucumber, Baby carrots, Fat Free catalina dressing. more...
