eating way too much and too often and too late at night

Eating late at night is the hardest habit to break. Just get as far away from the kitchen as you can lol

I eat first meal at 6:30 or 7 a.m. and last meal at 4:30 p.m. - by increasing the amount of time between LAST and FIRST meal, you can burn a little more calories.
