So finished day 2 of the egg and salad diet. Yesterday I was the test strips said I had "trace" amounts of ketones. This AM I tested again and I was on the medium to high ranges... So I back on track. Will still focus on the egg and salad diet till Friday. 6 eggs and 4 cups of romaine lettuce with olive oil (and other spices / garlic to enhance the flavor). My gout is tingling again, so gonna watch how it reacts to my level of ketosis.... See if there is a correlation.
