Solid past couple of weeks working out and not eating too much. I've been eating around 2000 cals per day for a while now, but I'm considering adding more to help me build more muscle. A lot of what I've researched suggests I need to be eating closer to 2500 cals to be able to really add muscle. P90X is still going well. I've pulled back on my really long runs as I've worried that it's making it too difficult to build and keep muscle. Maybe I'll target 2250 for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.
