So fell out of keto and now working to get back to keto. I noticed my gout went away when I fell out of keto... Will monitor this as I am trying to go back to ketosis and my gout is starting to get active. This week, eggs and salad only. Once a day meal, so I can get back to the Intermittent Fasting method. Need to focus on water, slipped yesterday and only had 60 fluid ounces.
249.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gout, never a good time for it. Do you have medication to take at onset, so it doesn't become full attack? My partner has to watch out for what types of meat they eat how often. No fun. I'm trying with water, too; yesterday it worked to set repeating 15-min timer, but today was too nauseated to drink much at the alert times. Will try again tomorrow.

Had medication, but it was not helping with the symptoms... been battling this Gout for YEARS... frustrating... annoying ... I know what triggers it (red meat, hormones in beef). but I am working to get my kidneys to clean more... :) for water, I drink a minimum of 80 oz a day... that day I was distracted... missed it by that much :)
