I messed up and gave in to a lot of cravings this week. I also messed up by starving myself the day after those cravings. Bad mistakes. I found that it's a lot better for me if I have the day planned and prepared for so I will get back to that. I just hope these cravings are over.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

D-I noticed that you don't journal here. Do you at home? It's a good idea to do so here because it adds up your daily carbs, fat & protein for you. Also inputting the information, makes me more accountable. Your doing nicely as your charg indicates-a nice slope. The cravings will stop once you remain "faithful" on a daily basis after a few days.

Yes, I'm pretty good at keeping my journal. My mess-up was giving in to cravings one day, then starving myself the next. Hopefully, I'm over that. Thanks for your input!

Starving and binging was a pattern I followed for many years - it left me fat depressed and unhappy! At least we have all finally found great online support!! What kinds of foods were you craving?

Salty foods. I've been doing a lot of self talk thr last couple of days so I hope I'm over this hump. Yes, I am lucky for this wonderful online support! Thank you!
