over the past 2 weeks surrounding Easter I was very lax, eating what I wanted most of the time and not exercising daily. I am starting my first challenge today - Work Hard Six & One Fun Day. It's time to buckle down. Just had fasting blood work done this morning and I know it's going to show high blood sugars and high cholesterol. Turning 44 in May - it's time to take my health seriously now! I truly enjoy exercising and I like eating healthier - I just have to make these things a priority because I am worth it!
