Yikes, still paying the price for Birthday treats. Interesting to me is that throughout my celebratory indiscretions, I have stayed within my calorie budget. What changed was the percentage of FAT in the foods. I take from that the reasonable idea that when fat is present in my food intake, my body burns the food fat instead of MY BODY FAT 😠 Good for me to note!
