Not a bad day yesterday. I remembered to eat my afternoon snack. Only drank 32 oz of water (Powerade Zero, actually). Did 2 miles WATP from the new DVD (1 mile red; 1 mile yellow). Sat outside with DH for about 20 minutes in the afternoon for a break from work.
Only off plan eating yesterday was 2 handfuls of Doritos. However, counted that as my late snack!
