I have not been interested in following my meal and workout plan. No reason other than lazy. I have to buck up and deal with the fact that I have to lose weight to improve the stress on my bad knees and to improve "useful load" for flying.

April 15 is the start of something big, as in a big loss.

Short term goal - lose 10 pounds by Memorial Day weekend.
244.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 69.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Jenny Craig   gaining 0.9 lb a week
