Stall... But I know why, I ate way too much food yesterday. 2500 calories! Of course I indulged.. First time over 2000 calories since I started. Had chicken liver, love it... Why I had so much. And pork rinds. I was binge eating. Going for 36 hour fast today. Need to reset. Gout is ok, not painful, just an annoying ping. Taking advil and it seems to help.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
