Yesterday was very fulfilling - A run, a walk, gardening, housework and then a nice time down the pub in the evening - There was a 21st birthday party in full swing when we arrived and a gang of old friends I ended up playing spoof and Jacks with a crowd of my sons old mates and won both games and had a lovely time. Ended the day 2863 calories in 2848 calories out. Today. A running rest day perhaps just some tabata exercises - More gardening some window cleaning and apparently some hoovering - Whatever that is.
