I am continuing with the On Demand exercises. I would like to see more of a loss in weight, but I am seeing that I'm getting toned again in some areas so that is encouraging.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
