Ok, glad that I am staying the same but really frustrated that I can't let go of a few more pounds. I will be so gld when my heel doesn't hurt so much and I can exercise more. Unfortunately there is no pool near by that I can use to exercise.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
