Fell out of my 6 hour window of eating... Ate late, so I paid the cost for changing. Ate something that took me from high ketosis to low medium. Yesterday, reset. Egg, guacamole for yesterday. BM not regular. Different times of the day. Still watching my fluid intake. Taking multi vitamin, potassium and now intro magnesium citrate. Replaced regular salt with No Salt and Pink Salt. Still having coffee with butter, half and half, and MCT. Gout still hurting but I think I am on the down hill / recovery.
