65.5 kg today. Only 500g to go to next goal. Lost 37.2kg today all diet and portion control, no exercise. What a journey . I've learnt so much. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
144.4 lb Lost so far: 66.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi! My goal is 65 also... would you mind telling me how many calories you aim for per day? And do you set daily macro goals also? Thanks

1200 cals per day. Keep carbs to about 2/3 of what they suggest on here for 1200 cals. Dont worry if protein and fats go higher but watch fats not too far over. Fibre 25 to 30 g per day especially if you eat red meat plus water 2 litres.
