The first few days of being back on track are always the best. 5lbs in 5 days. Now to make it through a weekend. That will be the true test.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekends are always the hardest, but I think that if you do go up it will come off quickly and then you can finish out your week even lower than the week before. Keep it up, or maybe I should say down! :)

Yup, that's what happened. I think I just need to prepare and eat on the weekend like I do during the week. Free form eating doesn't work out very well for me.
