I was eating 1200 calories a day, I also cut sugars and starches for 30 days, exercising (intense) 6x a week , don't worry about fat because fat is essential for weight loss. if it worked for I believe it can also work for you. Good luck

Jeez, well-done, I am around 100, need to get to 75, and I've been bouncing around at 100 for 3 years... very frustrating. However you're proof it's possible
