i hate cheese for its existance....
198.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh I love cheese!! It is a little evil, though. I am using it as a condiment on different salads and veggies - it makes them so much more satisfying - and doesn't add many calories. I'm also not doing white carbs (or even non-veggie complex carbs) so it is one of the few treats I get!!
