I think i got a reward for just being healthy in general... i should not have lost that weight the last couple of days just look at what i ate (and i think i must have forgotten to enter some of it too!!!)

well, today i start the last journey of my first half! only 1.2 kilo to go for that...

197.8 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
