69.7 kg 22.8 body fat.
After yesterday's celebration of gluttony and overindulgence, I'm only amazed that I stated below 70kg.
Looks like some hard work is required to regain my blue status after crashing into green.
Never mind, the banana muffins, pita bread and beef tiriyaki were all fresh made and delicious.
PS This morning started with banana muffin and coffee, so tomorrow may be another tale of woe 😁😁😁
153.7 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll have to ask your wife to stop baking! 😂😂😂. Seriously, have you decided what your maintenance range is going to be yet? A kilo either side of your target? A kilo and a half? If you don't set a range in your head you'll keep stressing every time you go above your target. And stressing easily brings on comfort eating / drinking and before you know it you're back to needing to lose 5kg to get back to your target.

Yeah I agree. My goal was 57 kilos and I. Went down to 56 now I'm 58.1 I know it's not too bad but it sure creeps up again if you don't monitor it. The food intake I mean.....

@Phooka - here's an idea. You ask her to stop! but you'd better have protection🏑 The max weight I have in mind is 70kg, but I'll adjust this to suit my body fat % as I'm still working on rebuilding muscle.

@jacinter - I'm actually in more danger from my own cooking. Pretty good at anything fried or with pasta, but it's never the healthiest of options. There's a load of love in my wife's cooking and it's delicious. If I gain a little weight, then it's a price worth paying.

@smp - TBH I don't even bother with token resistance. not when home made food tastes so good.
