Exactly 36 kg loss today and finally my plateau has lifted. 1.7 kg to go to next goal of 65 kg. Onwards and downwards. 😜
147.0 lb Lost so far: 63.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

973 kcal Fat: 37.99g | Prot: 50.12g | Carb: 118.33g.   Breakfast: Raspberries, Macro Raw Muesli with Coconut, Mood Greek Natural Tasmanian Goats Yogurt, Blueberries, Strawberries. Lunch: Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Zucchini slice, Baby Spinach, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Sweet Red Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Brussels Sprouts, Beef stew low fodmap, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi) (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other: SunRice Original Thin Rice Cakes, Weight Watchers Cottage Cheese, Tea with Milk. more...
