I have been floating around the same weight for 3 weeks as I tried to moderate my eating by myself. I'm going to start counting calories again until I hit my goal of 159.9
164.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
