Yesterday decided to make a pork tenderloin in the instapot and make keto tortillas. Was really good,. Drank plenty of water and had my daily ACV drink 30ml of ACV with water, ginger, cinnamon, lime juice and cream of tartar. Gout flaired up again but that is because I pushed my ankle. Using homeopathic remedies like celery seed extract, vitamin c and black cherry extract (minimize carbs and sugars)... Also iced down the ankle to ease the pain... As of this entry, pain has subsided a lot... Will keep regiment for gout. Today we celebrate a family birthday. Going out to a steak dinner... So will eat a salad with olive oil before going, and will only ordered steak with butter and maybe asparagus with butter.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
