Okay, a couple here and a couple there , just stick to it. getting a bit harder now that work has ramped back up. I need to stay the course , I got another 50 to lose!!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
