Not bad after yesterday's home made chilli and lava bread.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds lovely! We had steamed dumplings and a Thai-style green curry for dinner. With tofu for my vegetarian brother & family and with prawns for us. The vegetarian, home-made kimchi went down well too!
