so the last two nights I have broken the Intermittent FASTING I have doing daily... just eating 3 meals, well 2 meals, and a late evening fat bomb treat. overall, I feel good, mentally sharp... but my weight keeps bouncing around 260 in the past few days... I am still in Ketosis, used strips to test that. So, I am going to kick start my effort again with a 24-48 hour fast.. My foods have changed slightly. Adding more cauliflower rice (carbs), making more goods with Almond / Coconut Flour...so will cut back on that to ease into it. More salads with egg and other proteins. Also, focused on drinking more than 80oz of water a day... from 2-3 cups of coffee with MCT / Butter / Half & Half in the AM, and 2-3 bottles of water (mineral water). if this does not kick me back into the weight loss, I am going to have salad and egg as my main set foods.
260.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
