yay, no ice cream this weekend!

boo: chia "pudding" must have really done a number on my belly--horrible gas that woke me up at 12. UGH. no more of that!
114.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
